Mike Nicol

born 1951 in Capetown, lives in Southafrica and ranks as lyricist, novelist and essayist one of the most important English langugage authors of his country. He has published numerous books, most recently: The Invisible Line (Photos and Text, with Ken Osterbroek, 2000); Sea-Mountain, Fire City: Living in Cape Town. Cape Town: Kwela Books 2001.
