Lorenzo Marsili

Director of the Berggruen Institute Europe, activist philosopher, and writer. Also the founder of the transnational political NGO European Alternatives and the cultural institution Fondazione Studio Rizoma, his research and political work focus on defining and promoting futures beyond the nation-state. He holds degrees in philosophy and sinology from the University of London, and his books include Citizens of Nowhere (2018) and Planetary Politics (2020).
