Jorge Silva Melo

is a filmmaker and theatre director. He studied cinema at the London Film School (1969-1970). He studied theatre in Berlin with Peter Stein and in Milan with Giorgio Strehler as fellow of the Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian. In 1995 he founded Artistas Unidos.
